Product Introduction
The rotary evaporator is mainly used for pilot testing in the food and other fields of the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biopharmaceutical industries, for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery. There is a large capacity, large-diameter rotary evaporation bottle placed in a water bath, heated while rotating, to efficiently diffuse and evaporate the solution. The product can be paired with circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pumps, diaphragm vacuum pumps, low-temperature circulation (vacuum) pumps, circulation coolers, constant temperature circulators, low-temperature coolant circulation pumps, and other system devices. The principle is to heat at a constant temperature under vacuum conditions, causing the rotating bottle to rotate at a constant speed. The material forms a large film on the bottle wall and evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in a collection bottle, greatly improving the evaporation efficiency. Specially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are prone to decomposition and denaturation at high temperatures.
