Product Description:

Lifting glass reactor kettle structure can be designed as single or double layer. The reaction liquid can be put into the inner layer for stirring, and the middle layer can be connected with cold and hot sources (refrigerating liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reaction. Under constant temperature setting, the reaction can be stirred under atmospheric or negative pressure conditions in a closed glass reactor, or the reaction solution can be refluxed and distilled according to the operation. By manually lifting the kettle body or electrically lifting the kettle lid, it is more convenient to open/clean/solid discharge operations, etc. This instrument is the ideal production equipment for modern fine chemistry, pharmaceutical and biosynthesis of new materials.

Product Benefits and Features:

- The glass assembly utilizes G3.3 borosilicate glass with good chemical and physical properties such as corrosion and heat resistance.

- Adopting kettle or kettle lid lifting and lowering, the kettle can be turned over 120° design way to provide working efficiency.

- Routinely applicable temperature range: high temperature experiment (maximum temperature is 200℃), low temperature experiment (minimum temperature is -80℃).

- PTFE/ceramic bearing/alloy steel dynamic ring + ceramic static ring mechanical seal design, better guarantee the sealing performance of stirring dynamics.

- Using PT100 sensor probe, high accuracy of temperature measurement, less error.

- Frequency conversion speed control, gear motor, constant adjustable speed, low noise, strong torque, safe and stable.

- PTFE stirring paddle, suitable for stirring and mixing of low to high viscosity liquids. At the same time, you can choose different types of stirring paddles (anchor, paddle, frame, and other stirring blades).

- PTFE discharge valve, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, no dead space, no sample accumulation and can be quickly discharged or flushed.

- Other functional devices (explosion-proof device, PH monitoring, ultrasonic device, etc.) can be extended and customized according to specific needs.
