Product Description
Rotary evaporator is mainly used for continuous distillation of large amount of volatile solvents under reduced pressure. It is suitable for extracting solvents or separating mixed solutions, and can be used in the following experiments or product production: ① solution concentration; ② solvent recovery; ③ chemical separation; ④ essential oil extraction; ⑤ removing solvents from samples. Especially for the concentration and crystallization of extracts and the distillation of receiving solution in chromatographic separation. The basic principle of rotary evaporator is vacuum distillation, i.e., under the condition of reduced pressure, the glass bottle with reaction materials is rotated at constant speed and heated uniformly at constant temperature, the boiling point of materials is lowered, the liquid forms a film and evaporates, and then the solvents are recovered through the glass coiled condenser and collector. It is the ideal equipment for experiments and production in the fields of pharmacy, chemical industry, foodstuff, material and so on.
