Workplace Safety Education and Training
To enhance employees' safety awareness and operational skills, equip them with essential workplace safety knowledge for their roles, prevent accidents, and ensure safe and smooth production operations, a safety education session was conducted for all staff in the conference room on the morning of April 6.
The training featured explanations of safety knowledge, displays of accident images, and analyses of past societal safety incidents. Employees were urged to study diligently and learn from these lessons, ensuring not only their own safety but also the safety of their colleagues and company assets.
The company consistently prioritizes workplace safety, conducting extensive safety education through pre-shift meetings, safety training sessions, and other formats. These efforts serve as constant reminders to employees about the importance of safety, aiming to embed safety awareness deeply into their minds and habits, thereby fostering sound safety practices.
It is hoped that this safety production training will reinforce participants' understanding of their respective responsibilities in the safety production process.
