      1. Raise the rotary evaporator's sample flask to the top position.


      2. Position the water bath at the center point where the rotary evaporator's sample flask moves up and down.


      3. Slowly lower the rotary evaporator's main unit.


      4. Lower the rotary evaporator until the flask is submerged in the water bath. Add water to the bath according to the flask's capacity, ensuring the water level is 2 cm below the rim. When adding more water, do not pour directly onto the flask; instead, add it slowly from the side. (As this is a water bath, use only tap water or distilled water.)


      5. After confirming both the water bath power switch and the rotary evaporator main unit power switch are off, plug the power cord into the outlet.


      6. Lower the rotary evaporator's sample flask to its lowest possible position.
