
The low-temperature constant-temperature reaction bath is suitable for low-temperature experiments in scientific research, biology, physics, medicine, and chemical engineering. It can replace dry ice and liquid nitrogen for low-temperature reactions and provide low-temperature conditions for related equipment. It can also function as a low-temperature water bath for viscosity testing. Equipped with a magnetic stirrer at the bottom, it enables two-stage stirring to achieve more uniform temperature distribution within the stainless steel tank. Features include intelligent temperature control for precise regulation. When using in laboratories, follow these operational steps for efficient and safe operation:
1. Position the bath in a well-ventilated area with no equipment within 1 meter to ensure heat dissipation. Ensure the unit is level and stable.
2. Open the bath cover. Pour the appropriate amount of medium based on the required constant temperature. Connect the inlet and outlet ports of the circulating fluid device using the insulated hose. After initial setup, do not disconnect the hose. Before subsequent use, verify the hose connections are secure.
3. Plug the bath's power cord into an isolated outlet. Activate the safety switch on the side panel, then press the power button on the control panel. The bath will display the current temperature. Press the symbol on the control panel to set the desired temperature.
4. Press the cooling switch on the panel. After a 3-minute delay, the compressor will start. If internal circulation is required while cooling, manually open the internal circulation valve (not on the control panel) and press the “Circulation” switch on the control panel to ensure uniform bath temperature.
5. The stirring device controlled by the stirring switch on the bath panel is mounted at the bottom of the medium. It stirs the medium to ensure uniform temperature. For models ‘10’ and ‘11’, only one switch needs to be activated.
6. After completing use of the low-temperature reaction bath, sequentially turn off the “Circulation” switch on the control panel; the internal circulation valve; the refrigeration switch. Set the stirring speed to 0, then turn off the power switch and safety switch before unplugging the power cord.
