Regular Maintenance Schedule

All temperature equipment accessories are packaged in boxes and can be put into use after disassembly. KeXing temperature equipment does not include connecting pipes and cables.
If customers need to purchase pipeline connections, high-pressure hoses, and energy-saving hoses for temperature equipment, we will provide customers with options, and the price will be determined based on the standard price list of temperature equipment components and accessories.
- KeXing Instruments and local distributors or agents guarantee to provide all necessary original spare parts (vulnerable parts, consumables, and critical components) to help support our customers in timely repair and maintenance of equipment.
- We recommend that customers always stock up on sufficient consumables and spare parts to minimize system downtime and subsequent production losses.
-The oil for temperature equipment is not included in the list, and KeXing will provide customers with the type of oil for them to purchase locally.

1. Through various effective communication channels, the cause of failure, maintenance measures,
and required accessories are analyzed according to the failure facts and data collected and
reported by the customer. Use customer inventory consumables and wearing parts to quickly
resolve customer problems.
2. Quickly determine whether the fault can be repaired on site. If on-site resolution is not possible, we will ship parts from China or send engineers to the customer's site to solve the problem. The cost will be borne by the customer.
Step 1: If the customer's machine malfunctions overseas, please contact KeXing International Sales Department as soon as possible and fill out the repair service application form. The international sales department provides a worksheet to KeXing's after-sales maintenance engineers to handle customer cases.
Firstly, it is necessary to clarify and ensure the accuracy of overseas customer information, including customer name, address, contact phone number, product brand, product model, purchase date, production date, fault situation, customer requirements, etc. If the above information is not detailed, it can be verified in the company's customer file.
Step 2: The maintenance engineer determines the cause of the malfunction based on the feedback from the site (when determining the problem, customer on-site personnel may need to provide on-site information such as photos and videos, and require customer on-site personnel to do some work). The factory maintenance engineer and local service technicians work together to solve the machine problem.
Step 3: Based on the status of the equipment, KeXing maintenance engineers guide customer personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues through various effective and rapid communication methods. If parts or accessories need to be replaced, they can be divided into three categories: improper operation by operators, environmental factors, or equipment failure.
If the machine shutdown is caused by improper operation and environmental factors, the customer needs to purchase spare parts for repair. If there are quality issues with the machine, KeXing will provide original spare parts during the warranty period.
Step 4: KeXing maintenance engineers should ensure that the customer's machine is properly repaired, recheck the repair status, and work together to eliminate other potential hazards. A follow-up call will be made 24 hours later to ensure that the machine is back to normal operation.
1. The charges for engineers to go to overseas customer sites: we charge 100 USD per person per day based on the different rates of countries. The customer also has to bear the engineer ’s travel expenses (such as airfare, transportation, accommodation, food, etc.)
2.If replacement parts or accessories are required, the KeXing compressor's spare parts price list and service policy should be followed, and receipts or invoices should be provided to the customer.
